Education ::

Presently, I am a graduate student at University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. I am working on understanding the Surface and Groundwater interactions by developing integrated Hydrological Models. Presently I am studying long term climatic effects on a karstic lake in central Florida. This includes addressing the El Nino and La Nina years. Further investigation will involve the effect of Global Warming.

Early Years, "Born in Punjab (India), raised in hostels" describes my early years. I was eleven when I left my home to pursue my schooling in a boarding school, Sainik School Kapurthala, run by Ministry of Defence, India. After my Grade-12 at school, I dropped the opportunity to join Indian Air Force and opted for undergraduate studies at Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IIT Roorkee), again in a hostel.

Me ::
"dare to think beyond the obvious" is the thought driving my self. There lives a liberal philosopher inside this easy going, happy-go-lucky person. I love to reason the reasons beyond what they explain. Truth is the virtue I value the most followed by logic. I despise anything/anyone who is not truthful and logical. For more go to My Interests.

Family ::
Though I am always away from my family; back at home, I live with my parents and cousins. I love them and live for them. My love for my family is the driving force behind me.

"About me" is not complete without the mention of my F.R.I.E.N.D.Z. -- earned in the span of my life till now. I appreciate their patience to bear me and making me feel at home. And I know you are one of them as you are again bearing with me by trying to know more "about me" when you already know me, better. Hey!
